Why Locals Love Fuel Town Tacos
Fuel Town Tacos is a vibrant taco restaurant located conveniently at 400 E Glade Rd in Euless, Texas, where traditional Mexican flavors meet the casual charm of an unexpected setting—a gas station. This unique dining spot serves up an enticing array of classic taco fare that stays true to its roots, offering everything from their beloved barbacoa and fajita tacos to hearty quesadilla plates and satisfying tortas like the Torta Cubana.
What truly sets Fuel Town Tacos apart is its ability to tantalize your taste buds with simple yet expertly crafted dishes. Priced affordably, each taco ($2.69) bursts with juicy, perfectly seasoned meat—whether it’s the tender barbacoa, flavorful carnitas, or the well-seasoned fajitas praised by many patrons. The accompanying sides, like the fragrant rice and savory beans, add a comforting depth to the meal, providing balance and richness with every bite.
Customers often rave about the juiciness and just-right grease level in the tacos, highlighting the authentic blend of cilantro and onions that lend a fresh, zesty punch to each order. Although served from a walk-up window inside a Chevron gas station, the service is attentive and friendly, with orders freshly made to ensure each dish arrives hot and satisfying. The ordering process is straightforward—place your order at the window, pay at the register inside, then return to pick up your food with your receipt in hand.
Despite the casual, no-frills atmosphere, Fuel Town Tacos delivers an unexpectedly delicious experience that feels like a hidden gem in Euless. Some patrons have noted the tortillas could be improved—opting for corn tortillas instead of the standard flour—to elevate the texture and taste even further. Still, the overall dining experience is heartfelt, approachable, and unmistakably comforting for taco lovers and casual diners alike.
Whether you're fueling up your car or your appetite, Fuel Town Tacos captivates with authentic flavors that bring the spirit of street-side Mexican cuisine right to your table—or gas pump—with ease and surprising quality. It’s a perfect stop for those craving tasty, no-pretenses tacos that leave a lasting impression.

It's gas station tacos, so what's not to love. The rice and beans were delicious. The only issue I had was with their tortillas. They weren't the best. I've had store bought before that were so much better than these. I may try again with the corn tortillas instead. They were making everything to order. Wish they had fresh tortillas or just a better brand of bought ones. Great service; friendly people. The whole station is new and very nice.

You can't find any better tacos for miles away, so you need to appreciate this place for it existing . I'm gonna tell you like this. I've tried the majority of your menu. Not everything is great, but the picture that I have here is barbacoa tacos, and they're as good as humanly possible i give them a ten out of ten, nice, juicy, and greasy, but in a good way their fajita meat is also good i would say, stay away from their chicken and al pastor those two meats are not as great the beef tongue is really good too .And the spicy pork is okay. Their hamburgers are on the okay side. I would buy them again. I tried them twice, and they're just okay they have quesadilla, which is really freaking good.

Was looking for a place to charge my car. After downloading the hyperfuel app. was able to juice up. Went inside purchased some food from the taco stand. You order at the window and pay to the cashier. It was surprisingly good. This place is less crowded than the guys across the street. Easy to get in and out. 25 minutes later I was on the road.

Fuel Town Tacos is located inside of Chevron. There is a walk-up window where someone will take your order. Once the order is placed, you are instructed to go pay at the register and come back with the receipt as proof to pick up your order. Not bad for gas station tacos. The right amount of cilantro and onion mix. Perfect amount of grease in the meat (fajita taco) and red and green salsa is provided, and they both are spicy. At this time there appears to be tables getting ready for dine in but so far it is for carry out only.

Super nice people working here. And the food is really awesome. We were three people dining here. We had 6 street tacos and the quesadillas dinner. The pastor here is really great. We are our food there - a few tables to dine at. Definitely a place to go for your tacos and quesadillas.

I stopped by for some tacos and they were delicious. Lengua and barbacoa are tender, flavorful, and juicy. The cheeseburger is also prepared well. It's nice to have good tacos close by but you do pay more for the convenience.

It’s a brand new Chevron gas station off of HWY 360 with a nice taqueria spot called Fuel Town Tacos. (Competition to Fuel City Tacos???) …They have a great variety of Mexican and comfort American food (menu photo attached). I’ve tried the tacos (lengua, bistek and pollo) …lengua is my favorite and it did not disappoint. The salsa verde is very good …I didn’t care too much for their salsa roja. I’ve tried their flautas as well and I really enjoyed it too. (Picture attached)…I really recommend this spot. They told me that they’re working on getting seating arranged, but they got an outside and inside window, which is nice! This place is worth a try!
